On this safari, you will visit Queen Elizabeth which is Uganda’s second largest national park. The park’s vastness and diversity ranges from the crystal clear craters and fresh water lakes, wildlife species such as Mammals like Kobs, Hyenas, Lions, Buffalos and Elephants among others. You will explore its diversity on your safari game drive through the various tracks and launch trips along the beautiful Kazinga Channel. You will also track Chimpanzee’s in Kalinzu forest reserve.

Day 1: Departure from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth

Have early breakfast at your accommodation, meet with your guide at the hotel and set off for your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will break off en-route at the Equator for a simple tour and then proceed to Mbarara for lunch. [Optional: You may decide to visit Igongo cultural Museum for a palate of African culture]. Continue to the park area and check in at your booked accommodation, it’s here you will have dinner and overnight: Meal plan: Half board. Overnight: At a selected hotel

Day 2: Game Drive and Launch trip

Start the day with breakfast at the lodge, later leave with the guide and hit the game tracks for remarkable safari moments as you search for wildlife. Expect to encounter a number of mammals striding across the plains. Circuits though Mweya and Katwe will offer you the best sights of wildlife. After lunch, head for a launch cruise along the Kazinga channel for a recreational experience amidst the wildlife. The 2-3hours trip lets you watch the game pacing along the shores, cooling off as well as watching the enormous Hippo schools. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: Half board. Overnight: At a selected hotel

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking and back to Kampala.

Break the day with an early breakfast, leave the lodge and transfer to Kalinzu forest for an exquisite wildlife experience. You will enter this pristine forest with the guide and track the Chimpanzees in the canopies, once you meet them, you will be given time to watch them display and later leave. Board off and embark on the drive back to Kampala, continue to the airport for your flight back home. Meal Plan: Breakfast & Lunch.
